The main performance characteristics:
1.The features: The main unit of the salt block hydraulic press machine adopts a four-beam four-column structure, the hydraulic system uses a cartridge valve oil circuit, and the electrical system uses a relay or PLC control circuit.
2.No leakage: The whole hydraulic press machine is simple, compact, economical and reasonable, and has a long service time. The hydraulic impact force is small, reducing the connection pipeline and leakage.
3. Operation modes: It has adjustment and semi-automatic operation modes.The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range of this series of hydraulic press machines can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements, and two process methods of constant pressure and fixed stroke can be realized. During constant pressure molding, there is a pressure-holding delay and automatic return after pressing.
